
How to prepare it:
- 1 teacup of powder (approximately 150g)
- ½ teacup of water (100ml)
Mix 1 teacup of powder (150g) in ½ teacup of water (100ml). You can now use a blender or even a spoon since the products dissolves very easily.
Cooking waffles:
Pour a moderate amount in the pre-heated waffle machine being careful to not overfill. Wait for 4-5 minutes. Do not forget to spread butter or releaser on the iron of the machine to avoid the mix to stick.
Cooking pancakes:
Pre-heat the fryer pan spreading small amount of butter and pour carefully a small amount in order to build a thin layer. Fry it for 1-2 minutes and turn in order to fry the other side.
Yield
Using 150g of powder will result in 2 waffles or pancakes of 80 grams each. The package of 450g yields into 6 waffles or pancakes.
Restrictions
It contains gluten, milk, egg and soy related products.
It shouldn’t be consumed by people with allergies or intolerances to any of these ingredients.
